IN-KIND DONATIONS

KAIR provides free clothing, furniture and other household items as they become available. A running "wish list" has been established with the names and phone numbers of those in need of certain household items (beds, refrigerators, strollers, dressers, etc.) As the items become available through generous donations KAIR connects the two parties.

Resorts undergoing rehabilitation of their properties as well as individual donations are given to KAIR. KAIR has been able to distribute all of the furniture and appliances to the community for free!

Other businesses donate trucks to transport the furniture items; donated storage facilities have been made available when the inventory was too large for immediate distribution.
